Public input sought for dog off-leash area proposed for Nob Hill Park

• A Public Input Session for the proposed dog off-leash area in Nob Hill Park is scheduled for 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, January 19 at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre. An online survey is also available on the City website.
• If there is widespread support for the Nob Hill location, a trial dog off-leash area could be implemented for one year by the Parks and Recreation Commission. If not, the park will remain as it is with a picnic area, trail and playground facilities.

• Dog off-leash parks are specific locations where owners can exercise their dogs off-leash. Dogs must remain under their owner's control and owners must carry a leash with them at all times.
