Heritage Façade Grant

Heritage Facade Grants provide funds (up to $10,000 per facade facing on to a city street) to encourage the rehabilitation and enhancement of heritage buildings located in the Downtown/Fitzwilliam Street Corridor Heritage Conservation Area.  To qualify for funding, buildings must be:

Applications are accepted year-round on a first come, first served basis, by completing the Application Form.
