Tax Rates

Property tax rates are set each year and vary by property class and taxing authority. The property tax notice includes rates from the City as well as other entities for which the City collects taxes on their behalf.

The table below shows the current tax rates for each property class, including both City and non-City rates. A link to the detailed tax rate sheet is also provided below.
