Provincial Programs

Some property tax programs are administered by the Province of BC.

  • Home Owner Grant: The Home Owner Grant (HOG) reduces the amount of property tax you pay for your principal residence.
  • Property Tax Deferment: A loan program that allows homeowners to defer payment of the current year property taxes.
