Accessing Property Information Online

If you are a legal, real estate, financial or land development professional, you can now access property information online using our Web Customer system. For a nominal fee, you can search, view and download various property reports. Keep in mind that tax certificates will not display property owner name and address. However, you can contact a lawyer or notary public to get this information.

Register a Web Customer account

  1. Complete our Information Services Agreement Form and email it to web.customer@nanaimo.ca. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll email you your online account information, usually within a week.
  2. Add funds to your account online using a major credit card or at the Service and Resource Centre with a cheque. You will be charged each time you view or download information.
