Nuisance Properties and Reduction

The City regulates nuisance properties according to the Nuisance Abatement and Cost Recovery Bylaw 2019 No.7250. Nuisance properties are properties with activities that substantially and unreasonably interfere with a person’s use and enjoyment of  land they occupy.  Although the Bylaw, Regulation and Security Division does not regulate criminal activity, the related disturbances from these criminal activities may be considered a nuisance.
