Program Proposal Application Form

Thank you for your interest in our program proposal process. The recreation team is currently looking at all possible scenarios for future programming for the post COVID-19 world which will align with current health protocols. All Recreation Coordinators are eager to meet with instructors and setup programs even though we may need to modify how we deliver these programs. Once these determinations are made, we will be in touch with you to inform you of our plan and begin the process of program planning.
