Pay Your Tree Voucher Online

To start the Tree Voucher process, please ensure you have already applied for 1-2 vouchers using our online tree voucher application form. Only once city staff have approved your application, you can pay for your tree vouchers online using the instructions below.

Please follow these instructions to pay for your tree voucher (no need for an access code):

  1. All tree voucher payments now happen through MyCity. You will have had to log into MyCity to apply for a tree voucher. Now, log into MyCity again to pay for your tree voucher.

    NOTE: If after logging into MyCity you do not see the Accounts page, you can use the link above or click on the MyCity link under Online Services on the left-hand navigation.
  2. Once logged into MyCity, you will see the Accounts page. This is a list of all of your accounts including property taxes, user rates, and your tree vouchers.
    NOTE: If you do not see the Accounts page, click on MyCity Home to get back there.
  3. Scroll down on the Accounts until you see your tree voucher number. Click on the voucher number to see the details of the tree voucher.

  4. The voucher details page includes information like the owners of the property where the vouchers are to be redeemed and the voucher status. Scroll down to the Balances section and click the Make Payment button to be taken to the ECOM payment gateway.
  5. Add the voucher to your cart by clicking the Add to Cart button.
  6. Click Pay to proceed. then provide your credit card information
  7. Provide your credit card information, then click Checkout.
  8. Once the payment processing is complete, you will be redirected to the receipt page with information about the transaction. Click Print Receipt to print the page for your records. Once you are done with this page, click Close Window to return to the voucher in MyCity,

Please note that this receipt is not your tree voucher. Once you have paid for the voucher, you will receive another email with instructions for picking up a tree at the nursery.
