The Parking Bylaw lists the number and size of off-street parking spaces required for your property.

What is the Parking Bylaw?

The Parking Bylaw regulates off-street parking within the City of Nanaimo, including the number of parking spaces required for different land uses and the dimensions and design of parking areas.  The current Parking Bylaw was adopted on September 17, 2018.  To view a list of changes from the previous Parking Bylaw, please click here.
