NEWS RELEASE - Distributed December 22, 2020 9:00 AM
Summary
The City of Nanaimo is reminding residents to check their mail box for their solid waste curbside collection schedule. The schedules are currently being delivered by Canada Post.
New routes are being added in 2021, and existing routes are being modified, to increase efficiency and limit collection delays. Transitions to new routes are taking place mid-January. Residents are asked to check their calendar carefully for the month of January, as some collection days may not follow a regular pattern.
