Residents encouraged to provide their input and complete survey by May 13

Phase 1 includes:

  • A new multi-use trail through Harewood Centennial Park connecting Sixth and Seventh Streets
  • A new pedestrian and cycling bridge over the Chase River
  • New lighting along the multi-use trail
  • New safety enhancements at the intersection crossings of both Georgia Avenue and Sixth Street and Georgia Avenue and Seventh Street.

Additional information and the online survey can be found on the project webpage www.nanaimo.ca/goto/GeorgiaGreenway
