2016 Business Licence Renewals were mailed the last week of November

Summary

Nanaimo businesses are advised that 2016 Business Licence Invoices were mailed the last week of November and the fees are due on December 31, 2015. Where fees have not yet been paid, they will be past due on January 01, 2016 and those businesses can be subject to a fine pursuant to "Business Licence Bylaw 1998 No. 5351".

For businesses that have not received their 2016 invoice; for businesses that have relocated; or for businesses no longer operating, please notify the Licencing Office as soon as possible by email at licencing@nanaimo.ca or in person at the Service & Resource Centre, 411 Dunsmuir Street.
