Residential Parking Pass Application or Renewal

Residential parking passes allow residents to park vehicles in signed resident exempt parking areas in their residential block.

To apply for a pass, please complete the form below. If you have any questions about the application please email parkingpasses@nanaimo.ca.

We will review the information and contact you with information within 5 business days.

If you reside on a block that has Resident Exempt parking signage posted but does not appear on the above list, and are concerned that you might be issued a violation or you have been issued a violation, please contact parkingpasses@nanaimo.ca.  Proof of residency on the street will need to be provided to the Adjudication Department in order to review the ticket you were issued.  Residents qualify for standard 24 hour parking in the residential parking zones located on the block in which they reside.

Proof of Residency and Proof of Vehicle Ownership are not required for your renewal.
