About Logging In
With changes to our website, many of our online services have changed to a single sign-on login system. This does not include iReg (for registering for Activity Guide courses) but does include MyCity (for paying fees online).
With this system, you may notice that your old user names and browser autocompletes no longer work for accessing your account. If you cannot log into your account, please use your email address, Facebook login or Google account. If you are having difficulties accessing your account, please reset your password before first accessing our new system.
If once accessing your account you do not see the expected information (like your tax or utility accounts in MyCity or your saved subscriptions in the Subscriptions app), you may be using the wrong email address or social media profile to access your account. Log out and back in again with another login method to see if your settings are set up using that access.
