User rates statements cover water, sewer and garbage fees. Statements are issued to property owners three times per year, approximately every 4 months. Properties are billed at different times of the year according to location.
View your user rates statements, payment transactions and water consumption online through your MyCity account. You can also request to have bills delivered by email instead of regular mail from MyCity. Don’t have a MyCity account? Register now.
Note: You will need your account number and access code to add your user rates account to your MyCity profile. This info is shown on the top right corner of your statement.
Receive a 5% Discount
If you pay your bill on or before the discount date, you will receive a 5% discount on your charges.
If you do not pay your user fees, the discount will be lost and your balance will accumulate. Outstanding balances as of December 31 of each year will be transferred to property tax arrears. Interest will accrue daily beginning January 1st.
