Volunteer Park Beautification and Enhancement Program

Although the city is responsible for maintaining all parks, playgrounds and boulevards, some PIP groups desire a higher level of service and decide to maintain their own parks or boulevards with a small operation fund from the city. Usually, these groups look after planting beds, weeding, watering and mowing of the grass areas.
