Rezoning Applications
The following applications will go for third reading at the next scheduled Council meeting:

  • An application to rezone 60 Tenth Street, to allow a Cannabis Retail Store
  • An application to rezone 2379 Browns Lane, from Single Dwelling Residential to Residential Corridor
  • An application to rezone 1534 Extension Road, from Single Dwelling Residential to Townhouse Residential with provisions to increase the maximum permitted floor area

The following applications were deferred to the next Public Hearing meeting, to be held on Wednesday, October 9:

  • An application to re-designate the Official Community Plan Bylaw for 388 Machleary Street, from ‘Neighbourhood’ to ‘Corridor’
  • An application to rezone 388 Machleary Street from Community Service One to Comprehensive Development Eleven
