Council declared 2212 Meredith Road a nuisance property.
Section 4a

Bylaw Contravention Notices were issued on the property titles of 1714 Mallard Drive, 6680 Dickinson Road, 6480 Ptarmigan Way, 4918 Fillinger Crescent, 70 Church Street and 3860 Norwell Drive for construction started without a building permit.
Sections 4b-g

Council will be providing a letter of support to 7 Potatoes Cultural Society for their grant application to the Japanese Canadian Legacies Society – Legacy Infrastructure Project Grant. If approved, the grant funding would be used to create a new outdoor cultural space at Beban Park to facilitate cultural activities such as drumming, and also serve as a tangible legacy project to permanently share knowledge about the wartime experiences of Japanese Canadians from B.C. Staff will provide support to the Society for their application and the City would be responsible for the project construction and ongoing maintenance, if the grant application is successful.
