Committee Recommendations
Staff will be narrowing down the key focus areas in the draft Strategic Plan and bringing it back to a future meeting for review and adoption. 

An Environmental Committee will be formed with a Terms of Reference still to be determined and brought back for adoption.

Council adopted the Capital Project Management Policy, designed to establish a consistent approach for capital construction projects.

Financial Plan & Property Taxes
The bylaws for the 2019-2023 Financial Plan Amendment and 2019 Property Tax Rates were adopted.

Bottled Water
Staff will be preparing a report for Council outlining options around a potential bylaw prohibiting the bottling of groundwater within the City of Nanaimo.
