"Off-Street Parking Regulations Amendment Bylaw 2025 No. 7266.04" (to eliminate minimum parking requirements in the Downtown Urban Centre) passed third reading.

Reports

Bylaw Contravention Notices were issued on the property titles of 5664 Malibu Terrace, 1047 St. David Crescent, 6367 Groveland Drive and 475 Hamilton Avenue for construction started without a building permit.

Bylaw Contravention Notices were issued on the property titles of 1300 Princess Royal Avenue and 3708 Glen Oaks Drive for construction not completed as per conditions of the building permit.
