Bylaw Updates
The Highway Closure and Dedication Removal Bylaw for a portion of Redmond Road and a Zoning Amendment Bylaw for 5400 Dewar Road, 5351 Redmond Road and the adjacent right-of-way passed third readings.

Secondary Suites
A bylaw contravention notice was issued on the property titles of 919 Brechin Road and 2850 Cosgrove Crescent for illegal secondary suites.
Section 9 a

Construction started without permit
A bylaw contravention notice was issued on the property titles of 1970 Kelsie Road, 2560 Cosgrove Crescent, 2396 Barclay Road and 139 Wildlife Place for construction started without a building permit. 
Sections 9 b, d-f

Construction not completed
A bylaw contravention notice for 108-5854 Turner Road for construction not completed as per conditions of the building permit was referred back to staff for review.
