Bylaw Contravention Notices were issued on the titles of properties at 395 Chesterlea Avenue, 2595 Battersea Road, 371 Hillcrest Avenue, 144 Cilaire Drive, 521 Larch Street, 6374 Icarus Drive and 240 Caledonia Avenue for construction started without a building permit. A Bylaw Contravention Notice was also issued on the title of the property at 5181 Metral Drive for construction not completed as per the conditions of the building permit.

A Remedial Action Order was issued at 395 Chesterlea Avenue for illegal construction of a living space inside a detached garage.
