A Rezoning Application for 878 Park Avenue, to facilitate a multi-family residential development, passed third reading.

Section 5a

Bylaw Contravention Notices were issued on the property titles of 3120 Robin Hood Drive and 3125 Robin Hood Drive for construction not completed as per conditions of the building permit. 

Section 6b

Bylaw Contravention Notices were issued on the property titles of 1611 Bowen Road (Unit #1), 3047 Little John Way and 126 Wildlife Place for construction started without a building permit.

Section 6c

A Remedial Action Order was issued for 125 Haida Trail. An illegal structure must be removed within 30 days or it will be removed at the owner’s expense.
