The following items may be required depending on the size and impact of your event:

  • Security Plan (Emergency acceess, first aid requirements, safety risks, access for persons with disabilities)
  • Traffic Management Plan (Anticipated traffice effect and planned mitigation on roads and event site, parking plan for participants, vendors, organizers and/or performers, alternate transportation)
  • Waste Management Plan (Garbage, Recycling, Washrooms, Grey Water)
  • Insurance
  • Site Plan
  • Event Schedule
  • Special Occasions Licence/Permit from LCLB
