Applications to rezone 6683 Mary Ellen Drive, 3200 Island Highway North, 52 Victoria Crescent and 140 Terminal Avenue all passed three readings.

Unauthorized Suites
The owners of 5829 Tweedsmuir Crescent, 806 Glengarry Crescent, 2850 Cosgrove Crescent and 405 Nicol Street have been ordered to remove their unauthorized suites and illegal construction and bring the properties into compliance within 30 days.
