The campaign brings together friends, family, and communities to support mental health awareness, dismantle stigma, and ensure no one faces mental illness alone. Raising awareness for mental health, specifically focusing on depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Aiming to reduce stigma, support community mental health programs.
