Third Street Road Closures

Two closures along Third St will take place starting Monday, April 13, 2026:

1. The intersection at Third St and Howard Ave will be closed 24 hrs per day from April 13 to May 8.

2. Third St between Howard Ave and Pine St will be closed 24 hrs per day from April 13 to August 13.

Detours will be in place for both closures. Pedestrians and cyclists will be accommodated, but cyclists will need to dismount. Transit will be detoured, check BC Transit for more information.

Expect delays and plan your route ahead. Thank you for your patience while we replace aging water and storm sewer mains in this area. For more information on this project, visit the project page.
