City of Nanaimo Considers Next Steps After Appeal Ruling

The City of Nanaimo was unsuccessful in its appeal of the July 2025 judicial review decision involving a BC Human Rights Tribunal matter related to a former Chief Financial Officer.

The City is disappointed with the outcome and is reviewing the decision to determine next steps. At this time, the City will not be commenting further on this matter.
