  • Contact Your Insurance Provider
    Begin your claim and ask about temporary housing, inventory documentation, and restoration services.

  • Check with Nanaimo Fire Rescue Before Re-Entering Your Home

    Our team will confirm whether it’s safe to return and whether utilities have been disconnected.

  • Do Not Reconnect Utilities Yourself
    Contact your utility providers to arrange safe reconnection.

  • Document All Damages
