Do you have a question about a dog licence, your property taxes or user rate bill or a payment inquiry? Our Revenue Services staff are here to help!

While we are available by phone call, we are also available by email. So, rather than waiting on hold, if you have access to email, you can connect with us at the following addresses: 

We have a number of Online Services to help you including “MyCity”. Register your City Accounts, keep track of payment history, and track water consumption. Your all-in-one location for Tax, Utility, Dog and Business Licence Accounts. Go to mycity.nanaimo.ca click on "Register Now" and follow the online instructions.
