Travel Assistance Grant

The City of Nanaimo runs a Travel Assistance Grant Program to help amateur groups and individuals to travel to regional, national or international championships. These funds are available to sports and cultural groups qualifying for regional, provincial or national competitions. Requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, as funds remain available. Multi-day events will have a higher priority for receiving funds.
