Rezoning & OCP Amendment Applications
An application to amend to the Official Community Plan, re-designating 388 Machleary Street from ‘Neighbourhood’ to ‘Corridor’, was defeated and the related rezoning application was abandoned.

An amendment to the Zoning Bylaw, to include reference to the BC Energy Step Code under Energy Management, passed third reading.

Unauthorized Structures
The owners of 479 Park Ave and 3440 Shenton Road have been ordered to remove the unauthorized structures on their properties within 30 days.
Section 11 a-b

Secondary Suites
A bylaw contravention notice was issued on the property title of 432 Stable Place for an illegal secondary suite.
Section 11 c

Construction started without permit
Bylaw contravention notices were issued on the property titles of 2805/2817/2829 Glenayr Drive, 337 Ninth Street and 4663 Lost Lake Road for construction started without a building permit.
