An Official Community Plan Amendment Application for 30 Maki Road, to re-designate the property from 'Neighbourhood' to 'Light Industrial' on the OCP's Future Land Use Plan and from 'Low-Medium Density Residential' to 'Service Industrial Enterprise Area' on the Chase River Neighbourhood Plan's Future Land Use and Mobility, passed third reading.

A Rezoning Application for 5707 Lost Lake Road, to allow for a multi-family residential development, passed third reading.

Section 7a

An Official Community Plan Amendment Application for 6261 Hammond Bay Rd, to include the Bowers District Master Plan in the City's Official Community Plan, passed third reading. The proposed Bowers District Master Plan would redevelop the 17 hectare site (Green Thumb Nurseries) into a compact, mixed-use neighbourhood.
