Compliance with Section 9.12.2 of the B.C. Building Code requires Footings to be below local frost conditions. Nanaimo's local conditions dictate a minimum of 18".

REVISION January 21,2009. Change covered deck to storage/ freezer room with exterior stairs parallel to house.
