The Building on South side of the property is to be demolished under BP108135. Access to property from Victoria Street only, no access permitted off Nicol Street. March 21, 06 - Revision to plan, entire upper floor approved for use as subsiduary office for car sales. Exit door on lower floor relocated. Building restricted to single tenancy only. |
