CB Dec 29 / 03 - Owner submited new drawings. substandard drawings with construction not to code. - over allowable lot coverage. - geotec may be required. Talk to BL. CB JAN 5 / 04 - BL will visit site and get back to me. CB JAN 9 / 04 - BL talked to park owner. Jan 14/04 letter to HO to ask for removal of construction. Jan 27 / 04 - spoke on the phone to Gordan Baldwin to clarify letter. The entire enclosure must be removed including the roof, posts, walls, and any other enclosure. The deck must remain open CB. |
