Deleted and fill in window above kitchen sink in unit number 3. Install new exhaust fans in bathroom and kitchens in conformance with BCBC 98 including interval timer. Install hardwired smoke alarms in units.

September 14th/2004 - The owner (Angelo Toscan) came in to inquire why there were still notices placed on his land title. I explained to him that he would have to apply to have it taken off and pay the $300.00 fee. (See attached memo)
