School Fun Swims Information & Requests
School Fun Swim Request FormMaximum: 80 students (NAC), 60 students (Beban)
Front Desk Check-In
- Students must stay on the bus or outside upon arrival.
- A representative checks in, pays admission, and collects lanyards.
- Lanyards identify the teacher/contact person during the swim.
- One lanyard is issued per class.
On-Bus Briefing
- A lifeguard will review rules and expectations on the bus.
- Teachers with lanyards must attend.
Change Rooms
- Students may use male, female, or universal change rooms.
- Chaperones must supervise behavior.
- Showering with soap is required before swimming.
- Students should use restrooms prior to swimming.
- No running, noise, or horseplay.
- No cell phone use (Privacy Act).
- Secure belongings in lockers.
Safety Supervision
- Ages 6 and under: 1 adult per 3 children, within arm’s reach in water.
- Adults must be in swimsuits and in the water with children.
- Ages 7 and up: teachers supervise on deck.
- Lifejackets required for weak swimmers.
- Teachers must remain visible and accessible.
- Slide height requirements:
- NAC: 42" (red/blue), 48" (green)
- Beban: 42"
- Hot tub is not available.
Booking Procedure
- Bookings are 1.5 hours max during public swim times.
- Limited availability due to programs.
- Swim to Survive is prioritized.
- SD68 schools get priority before Oct 15.
- Requests handled in order received.
- Out-of-district schools are welcome.

Admission Rates (Groups over 10)
- Child (3–12): $3.09
- Student (13–18): $4.33
- Locker token: $0.25
Teachers should inform students of costs in advance.
Acceptable payments include passes and tickets. Please bring a class list and highlight students with passes.
Payment is due at entry.
