Nanaimo Aquatic Centre
The Nanaimo Aquatic Centre is home to one of the largest wave pools in western Canada and is one of Vancouver Island's busiest 50 metre pools. NAC, as it is commonly referred to, is a great destination for all ages and a fun place for families looking for an active outing together. NAC is located within the Larry McNabb Sports Zone near the campus of Vancouver Island University. The NAC is also the site of one of the city's public weight rooms and includes an impressive collection of fitness equipment.
