Description

The Service and Resource Centre (SARC) is located at 411 Dunsmuir Street. The Finance, Planning, Development, Engineering and Information Technology departments are located here.

At SARC the public will find services to pay City of Nanaimo property taxes, pay water usage bills, set up automatic monthly tax payments, renew dog licenses, apply for a building permit and find out property information.

Hours of operation:

8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays)
