Nanaimo begins search for its next City Manager

With the City of Nanaimo's Chief Administrative Officer Jake Rudolph retiring soon, Nanaimo Council has begun the search for the next CAO.

The executive recruitment firm selected will seek both internal and external candidates and guide Council through the selection process.

"Council recognizes the importance of doing our due diligence in recruiting for our City's new CAO," said Mayor Krog, "We look forward to reviewing the applications that come forward and ensuring that the best candidate for the job be chosen through a fair hiring process."

The recruitment process is expected to take three to four months.
