Construction to begin on Hammond Bay Road

Single lane traffic can be expected starting February 19, 2019

Summary

Utility upgrades are slated to begin on Hammond Bay Road in late February. The project includes work in two work zones: between Friar Tuck Way and Prince John Way and between Prince John Way and Stephenson Point Road.

Work is scheduled to begin on February 19, 2019 and is anticipated to be complete by the end of May. Traffic disruptions can be expected after 9:00 am Mondays through Fridays during this period. Further work in the zone near Stephenson Point Road is expected to occur in Summer/Fall of 2019, more information on that project will follow once it is available.
