Summary
The City of Nanaimo Parks, Recreation and Environment department is pleased to bring back the popular Winter Wonderland skating event running from December 26 to 30. This yearly event is due to partnerships between the City of Nanaimo and various local businesses and is a way to say "thank you" to Nanaimo citizens and give everyone, regardless of economic circumstances, an opportunity to try skating.
Frank Crane Arena in Beban Park will be transformed into a Winter Carnival theme featuring our 40' castle, ice carving, sno cones and toffee on a stick.
