2014 Watering Restrictions Now in Place

Nanaimo residents and businesses are reminded that watering restrictions are in place from June 1 through September 30.

Key Points

Even numbered addresses can water on the EVEN days of the month (e.g. June 2, 4, 6). Odd numbered addresses can water on the ODD days of the month (e.g. June 1, 3, 5)
No outdoor watering is permitted between 10 AM and 4 PM.
Parking lot or driveway washing with tap water is not permitted during the period of restrictions. Car washing is permitted on regular watering days, as long as it is not between 10 AM and 4 PM.
