2025 Holiday Season Hours for City Facilities

For information on Parks and Recreations facility hours please visit our facility hours of operations page. You can also visit our  drop-in schedules page for more information on Winter Wonderland,  Activate 2026 and holiday swimming schedules.

Doors to City Hall will be locked during business hours. For access, please call (250) 755-4405 or visit the Service and Resource Centre at 411 Dunsmuir St.
