Nanaimo has been experiencing a lot of growth lately - so much that our growth is outpacing Vancouver Island, BC and even Canada’s averages 2019 was a record year for Nanaimo, and all of that construction - from new condo developments to highway and lighting improvements - all adds up to half a billion dollars in new investment.
