City Accepting Applications for 2019 Culture and Heritage Grants
Deadline for submission is Monday, October 15, 2018 (4:00 pm)

The City of Nanaimo is now accepting applications from community non-profit cultural organizations seeking financial assistance to support their 2019 operations, projects, or events. Funds are available under two grants:
- CULTURE AND HERITAGE OPERATING GRANTS
- CULTURE AND HERITAGE PROJECT GRANTS
"These grant programs help to underpin activities of Nanaimo's culture and heritage organizations, all of which contribute to our city's cultural and economic vitality" said Mayor Bill McKay.
Guidelines, criteria and application forms are available online at www.nanaimo.ca/culture-environment/grants, attached to this news release, in person at the Service & Resource Centre (411 Dunsmuir Street), or by contacting Community and Cultural Planning directly. The deadline for application submission is Monday, October 15, 2018 (no later than 4:00 pm).
