Help keep Nanaimo looking tidy - keep signs off utility poles and trees

Summary

The City of Nanaimo reminds everyone that placing signs on utility wires, poles, supports, trees or other living vegetation is not allowed.

Link to Strategic Plan: These regulations are in place to reduce sign pollution.

Signs must be installed and maintained in accordance with City regulations.
Sign installations that do not follow City regulations may result in fines being issued.
