Nanaimo Ice Centre

The series of canvases in the Nanaimo Ice Centre were created from pictures by John Newby and one picture by Kelsey Theedom. The prints of their original artworks were digitally enhanced and blown up to be printed on large canvases. They were placed in the Nanaimo Ice Centre for the grand opening which took place in 2005. Each of the seven canvases depicts a different ice scene. This canvas is called "He Shoots" and is by John Newby.
