City Bylaws

The City has enacted over 6000 Bylaws, as such, only the most commonly used bylaws have been placed on the Internet. Should you require information related to a Bylaw not on the Internet, please contact the Legislative Services Department at legislativeservices.office@nanaimo.ca.
Also, where applicable, all amendments to bylaws have been consolidated into the original bylaw for ease of use.
